About The Ministry: Into The Light is a studio ministry that partners with Christian authors and speakers to produce documentaries, podcasts, and video resources on biblical sexuality. We exist to see a generation of Christians who delight in God’s good design for sexuality and are equipped to face pornography, gender confusion, and sexual sin.
ABout The Documentary: Into The light is a Teaching Documentary on freedom from pornography that walks through the fundamentals of change from bondage in sin to freedom in Christ. This documentary is a hope-filled, Gospel-centered resource for individuals and churches. Jeremy Pierre, Jenny Solomon, Heath Lambert, Deepak Reju, Ellen Dykas, and Garrett Kell speak in the film. Nothing blocks missions, shatters ministries, and destroys families like pornography does. Into The Light will help convict, inspire, and equip you to kill sin.

Filmmakers:
Jacob Valk (left) holds a degree in Advertising from Mohawk College and a B.A. in Humanities from Brock University. He worked various roles in advertising/film in Toronto, co-produced the documentaries Ordinary Commission and Into The Light, and runs the podcast Chats Under The Sun. He is finishing an M.Div. at SBTS in Louisville, Kentucky, where he lives and works at the ReCenter homeless shelter.
John-Michael Bout holds a B.A. in Classics from Brock University and is working on an M.Div. at SBTS in Louisville, Kentucky. He co-produced Ordinary Commission and Into The Light. He is married to his lovely wife Jessica with their two sons Roman and Andrew.
